Richard Dicosta serves as Vice President, Operations at Consolidated Carpet.  He has over 24 years of experience in the flooring industry.  He currently oversees all operations of the project management, labor, billing and purchasing departments as well as the company’s warehouses. Early in his career, Richard worked as a carpet mechanic and labor dispatcher, where he learned to install carpet

and oversee manpower operations.  As Consolidated Carpet underwent major growth and expansion, Richard’s role in the company increased to Manager of the company’s warehouses.

In 1997, Richard was promoted to Operations Manager and with his sharp management skills, became Vice President of Operations after only three years in the position.  Most recently, Richard has been instrumental in developing Consolidated Carpet’s new specialty surface division.
