Paul J. Meberg serves as Principal and Executive Vice President of Consolidated Carpet.  His expertise is based on over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry.  Early in his career, Paul worked as a carpet mechanic and labor dispatcher where he learned to install carpet and oversee manpower operations. As a Project Manager, Paul managed installation

crews and evaluated jobsite technical issues.  He also managed job kick-offs, performed walk-throughs, and evaluated jobsites for preparedness and project completion.  Paul was responsible for coordinating with superintendents and other contacts on jobsites. 

Paul is currently responsible for maintaining exclusive contract work with prestigious clients including Pfizer, Inc., Pepsico and HarperCollins.  Paul generates new account business, prices projects, negotiates contracts, and meets with prospective clients.

Paul received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Religion from Saint Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.  He has certification in the Advanced Managers Course at the American Management Association.  He is also OSHA Certified and Dupont Enhancer Carpet Certified.  Paul is a member of Starnet and the Floor Covering Installation Contractors Association.  Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors of Koinonia—a retreat and camping ministry of Lutheran churches in the New York Metropolitan area.
